A motorcyclist sustained serious injuries in a collision with a semi-truck in Pearl City on Sunday evening. Honolulu Emergency Medical Services were dispatched to Kamehameha Highway near Waihona Street around 7:20 p.m. on Sunday, June 14, 2026.
Paramedics attended to a male motorcyclist, approximately 25 years old, who was found with severe injuries, including burns. The motorcycle had reportedly caught fire subsequent to colliding with the semi-truck. The rider was wearing a helmet during the incident.
