A tragic industrial accident occurred on Saturday morning at SR Bright Industries in Jeedimetla, Hyderabad. A 35-year-old daily-wage worker, Kushbu Devi, died when her saree became entangled in a factory machine.
The incident resulted in fatal crushing injuries to her neck and chest. Her husband, Rajukumar Paswan, also a labourer at the same factory, has lodged a complaint with the Jeedimetla police.
Paswan alleges that the factory, owned by Sanjay Agarwal, was operating without essential safety precautions. He has requested legal action against the owner.
The factory is located in TSSIC Colony, Jeedimetla.
