Tragic Edenderry Fire Claims Two Lives

Tragedy struck in Edenderry, County Offaly, on Saturday evening when a house fire claimed the lives of a woman and a young boy. The devastating blaze occurred at a domestic residence in Castleview Park.
Emergency services responded to the scene, and tragically, two people were confirmed to have died as a result of the fire. The victims have been identified as a 60-year-old female and a young boy.
A second female, aged in her 50s, sustained serious injuries and is currently receiving medical treatment at a hospital in the Midlands. An investigation into the circumstances of the fire has been launched by Irish police.
