The family members, residents of Chandrapur district, were on their way to Akola for a private function. The deceased have been identified as Bhaskar Jivne (57), Mahadev Jivne (42), Aarti Jivne (40), Lata Jivne (43), and 12-year-old Krishna Jivne.
Emergency services and police responded quickly to the scene. Despite their efforts, the victims were pronounced dead at a nearby hospital. Authorities are conducting a thorough investigation, with preliminary theories suggesting the driver may have fallen asleep at the wheel.
