Delhi Child's 'Water Balloon Prank' Sparks Fatal Accident Fears

A disturbing video circulating online captures a child in Delhi throwing water balloons at motorcyclists from a moving car. The footage, recorded by a biker, shows a balloon striking a rider, causing them to swerve precariously. Adding to the alarm, a woman in the car's front passenger seat appears to be laughing at the dangerous activity.

This incident, which occurred on March 27 around 2:38 PM, has triggered widespread condemnation and calls for accountability. Road safety advocates and social media users are urging authorities to identify those involved and take strict action, emphasizing that such actions constitute reckless endangerment and could easily lead to fatalities.

The video has intensified discussions about how irresponsible behavior on roads is often trivialized until it results in near-fatal consequences. Many are demanding intervention before a genuine tragedy unfolds.
