Chicago Dancers' Lives Cut Short After Practice Crash

Two promising young dancers from Chicago, Boaz Flemister, 17, and Lazuras Gonzales, 25, were tragically killed in a rollover crash on the Bishop Ford Freeway. The fatal accident occurred early Thursday morning as they were traveling home from a dance practice with teammates.
Three other adult members of the Empiire Dance Institution were injured in the collision. One dancer remains in critical condition, while another is recovering from two broken legs. A third injured dancer has since been released with minor injuries. The Illinois State Police are currently investigating the cause of the crash.
Boaz Flemister, a junior at Art in Motion Art School, was remembered by his mother as a lively and talented dancer. Lazuras Gonzales, known as 'Hollywood,' was celebrated as a gifted choreographer, dancer, and rapper. Their company, Ultimate Threat Dance Corp, expressed deep condolences, honoring the significant impact they had on the dance community.
