Tragedy on ECR: Students Die After Dog Causes Crash

Two final-year BBA students met a tragic end on Sunday morning near Thirukazhukundram along the East Coast Road (ECR). Balaji, 23, and Karthik, 23, both students at a Thoraipakkam college, were traveling to a temple.
The incident occurred near Koovathur when a stray dog unexpectedly ran onto the road. This caused the students on their motorcycle to swerve, lose balance, and fall.
Tragically, at that precise moment, a speeding car approached and ran over the fallen students, resulting in their instantaneous death. Koovathur police promptly arrived at the scene to recover the bodies for postmortem examination.
