Eyewitnesses reported that a wall at the exit gate collapsed as worshippers surged to leave. This led to a stampede, with some attendees being trampled. Police confirmed six deaths at King Khaled Hospital and two at a military hospital, with injuries primarily attributed to suffocation rather than physical trauma.
