A devastating car accident on the Chandigarh-Manali highway claimed the lives of three tourists from Delhi early Thursday morning. The collision with a parapet occurred in Babeli, near Kullu town.
The victims, identified as Sonia Arora (40), Sakshi (27), and five-year-old Divansh, were traveling towards Manali when the incident took place. Authorities suspect the driver lost control of the vehicle, leading to the fatal crash.
Three other individuals, Sachin, his daughter Abhika (11), and Sahil Verma (37), sustained injuries and were promptly transported to the Regional Hospital in Kullu. Police are investigating the exact cause, with technical malfunction or loss of control being the primary possibilities.
