Speeding Truck Causes Chaos, Claiming Life in Badlapur

According to the news report, a tragic accident occurred in Badlapur, Maharashtra, on Saturday morning. A 55-year-old woman, Lalti Prajapati, lost her life, and three others were injured when a speeding truck lost control and collided with multiple vehicles.
The incident took place around 8 am near Valivali village. The truck, bearing a Gujarat registration number, suddenly went out of control and crashed into two motorcycles, an auto-rickshaw, and two cars. The impact of the collision caused widespread panic and damage.
Lalti Prajapati, who was riding pillion on a motorcycle with her husband, Ramsagar Prajapati, sustained fatal injuries and died on the spot. Her husband was seriously injured and admitted to a hospital for treatment. A rickshaw driver and a car driver were also injured in the crash and are currently under medical care.
Eyewitnesses reported that after causing the accident, the truck driver abandoned the vehicle by the roadside and fled the scene. The Badlapur police have registered a case and launched a search operation to identify and apprehend the accused driver using the truck's registration details.
The tragic incident has cast a shadow of grief over the Prajapati family. Relatives revealed that the couple was on their way to attend a morning satsang at a nearby ashram, a part of their daily routine, when the tragedy struck.
