In Vietnam, the floods have claimed at least three lives, with one person still missing. The Philippines has also seen widespread flooding, forcing school closures and the suspension of government work. In South Korea, the president has declared six districts as special disaster zones, with 19 people dead and 9 still missing due to the relentless rains.
