Earlier that day, Rohan's father had left for their village in Sikar. After dinner, Rohan went to his room on the third floor of the house. Sometime during the night, he used a blade to cut his wrist while on the terrace and then jumped from a height of about 22 feet onto the adjacent roof, succumbing to his injuries.
Rohan's body was discovered around 8 a.m. on Sunday morning by a neighbor, who then informed the family. Rohan's mother, who was at a temple, rushed to the scene along with other relatives, but he had already passed away.

Police and forensic teams collected evidence from the scene, including Rohan's mobile phone, which was found in the water tank on the terrace, and a bloodstained blade nearby. Traces of blood were also seen on the terrace walls, but no suicide note was found.
Initial findings suggest that Rohan may have acted out of emotional distress, though the exact reason for his suicide is still under investigation. The tragic incident has left Rohan's family and community in shock.
