On July 21, 2025, a shocking incident unfolded in Uttar Pradesh's Bareilly district. Rajiv, a doctor's assistant, was the victim of a brutal attack orchestrated by his wife Sadhana and her five brothers. The group, including Bhagwan Das, Premraj, Harish, and Laxman, had allegedly planned to murder Rajiv.
The attackers broke Rajiv's hands and legs, intending to bury him alive in a forest in the CB Ganj area. However, their sinister plan was foiled when a stranger arrived at the scene, forcing the accused to abandon their plot and flee. Rajiv was left behind, in excruciating pain and unable to call for help.
Fortunately, the stranger spotted Rajiv and immediately called an ambulance. The victim was rushed to a private hospital, where he is currently undergoing treatment. Rajiv's father, Netram, has filed a complaint against his daughter-in-law and her brothers, demanding their arrest and strict action.
Rajiv, who works as a personal assistant for a doctor at Bareilly's Navodaya Hospital, got married to Sadhana in 2009. The couple has two children, Yash and Luv, who study in a private school. Rajiv's father claims that his son and daughter-in-law lived in the city, as Sadhana did not want to stay in the village.
