BSF Shoots Down 6 Drones, Seizes Arms and Heroin on India-Pakistan Border

In a significant blow to Pakistan-sponsored narco-terror activities, the Border Security Force (BSF) has carried out a series of successful operations along the Punjab border in the last 24 hours. The BSF troops have shot down 6 drones and seized a substantial cache of arms and heroin during these operations.
The most notable interception took place near Modhe village in Amritsar, where the BSF personnel, using advanced technical countermeasures, neutralized 5 drones at night. A subsequent search of the area led to the seizure of 4 packets containing 3 pistols, 3 magazines, and 1.1kg of heroin.
In a separate intelligence-led operation, the BSF, in coordination with the Punjab Police, seized pistol parts and a magazine from an irrigated paddy field near Dal village in Tarn Taran district. Earlier this week, the BSF and Punjab Police had also seized 13 pistols along the Pakistan border.
These operations have disrupted the flow of weapons and drugs being smuggled from Pakistan into India, dealing a significant blow to the narco-terror networks operating in the region.
