Summary
- Fiancée Johnnie Faye Cartwright released on pre-trial December 3.
- Court appearance scheduled for December 16, approved for remote attendance.

Johnnie Faye Cartwright, fiancée of actor Zachery Ty Bryan, has been released from custody on a pre-trial basis. This release, confirmed by the Lane County Sheriff's Office, occurred on December 3. Pre-trial release means she is out before her trial, subject to court-ordered conditions, the specifics of which are not yet public.
Cartwright is scheduled to appear in court on December 16, with her attendance approved remotely. The incident leading to her arrest involved an alleged incident on November 29 where she was accused of attempting to run over Bryan while driving with their children. Authorities also noted signs of impairment in both individuals.
Meanwhile, Zachery Ty Bryan himself was arrested for allegedly violating probation from a previous assault conviction. He has denied these allegations and has reportedly been cleared, but is expected back in court for a probation violation hearing on December 15.
