Delhi YouTuber Arrested for Harassing Women

A YouTuber identified as Gurman Singh, operating under the name 'Road Safety Wala', has been arrested by Delhi Police for allegedly harassing women and minor girls. The 32-year-old is accused of intentionally colliding with female riders on the road, filming their reactions without consent, and uploading these videos to his social media channels for profit.

Singh managed social media accounts including a YouTube channel with approximately 21,000 subscribers and a Facebook page boasting over 2.1 lakh followers. Police stated he confessed to targeting women for viral content and monetization, and for personal gratification. His mobile phone, containing digital evidence, has been seized, and an FIR has been registered under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the POCSO Act.
