A 25-year-old YouTuber and delivery driver, Ram Krishna Dubey, has been arrested by Sarayinayat police for bigamy. He secretly married a second woman in December 2024, concealing his existing marriage from November 2023. His first wife, who lives in Gorakhpur, discovered the truth when she answered her husband's phone call.
The second wife's father reportedly sold three beegha of land to fund the secret wedding. The deception came to light this month when the first wife answered a call intended for her husband, leading both women to realize they had been cheated. They jointly filed a complaint against Dubey.
Dubey, who married his first wife in November 2023, is also accused of making an abortive attempt on his first wife and their baby daughter's life. Police are investigating the involvement of the accused's family members.
