A disturbing discovery was made on Sunday when the body of a 25-year-old woman was found concealed within a red suitcase near the Station Road vegetable market in Sasaram. The deceased was later identified as Maroon Khatoon, originally from Batsadi village in Uttar Pradesh. Her family alerted authorities after being informed by her husband that she had left home on Saturday night.
Following the identification, Khatoon's relatives leveled serious allegations against her husband and his family, claiming she was subjected to harassment. They suggested an illicit relationship was a contributing factor to disputes.
