Woman Found Dead in Refrigerator

Authorities in the Philippines are investigating the death of a woman discovered inside a refrigerator in Rodriguez. The landlord alerted police after noticing a foul odor emanating from the apartment, a situation that had been ongoing since September 10. The victim, estimated to be between 25 and 30 years old, had visible strangulation marks, and her body had been decomposing for six to seven days.

Her partner has been taken into custody as a person of interest, according to police. He has an existing arrest warrant for serious illegal detention.
