A passerby alerted authorities after witnessing Parker physically assault and drag the woman back into a residence on Tramain Lane. A deputy was dispatched and informed that Parker had fled into nearby woods with the child.
Law enforcement utilized a drone to search the area. The assaulted woman reported being strangled multiple times by Parker during their fight. The abducted child eventually reappeared on the property and indicated Parker was in a trailer behind their residence, which was identified as her mother's home.
Authorities surrounded the trailer until Parker emerged. She appeared to have sustained injuries from navigating through brush. Parker resisted arrest before being taken to the Aiken County detention center.
