6 Oct
Summary
- Woman sent graphic threats after affair ended.
- Messages escalated to threats against victim's family.
- Suspect arrested on felony charges with $40,000 bond.

A West Palm Beach woman, identified as 30-year-old Jamie Nicolelee Kingston, was arrested on September 30 for allegedly sending a series of violent threats via text message. The messages, sent over a TextNow number, reportedly began after her affair with a married man ended. Initially targeting the man's wife, the threats escalated to include the entire family and the man himself.
According to a probable-cause affidavit from the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office, the messages included explicit threats of violence and death. The investigation into the phone number revealed its frequent use by Kingston in previous law-enforcement reports. This connection led to the issuance of an arrest warrant.
Kingston was booked into the Palm Beach County Main Detention Center on two felony charges: written or electronic threats to kill or do bodily harm, and using a two-way communication device to facilitate a felony. Her total bond was set at $40,000, and a no-contact order was issued. A court hearing is scheduled for October 30, with an initial case conference on December 3.
