The officer, identified as 48-year-old Robert Davies from Alcester, is accused of stealing cash, jewellery, and a power drill from a property in Redditch, Worcestershire. These alleged thefts occurred in November 2023, following a drugs raid. A further charge of theft involves £180 in cash, allegedly stolen in February 2025.
PC Davies has yet to enter a plea to any of the three charges. The case has been brought forward following an investigation into his conduct. The court proceedings are ongoing as the legal process unfolds.
