Authorities believe more than fifty gang members are expected to be arrested. Sheriff Mike Chitwood stated that surveillance and a federal wiretap were used over the past year.
Pastor Terry Brown, whose son lived at the property, denied any knowledge of criminal activity. The operation is a continuation of "Operation Ice Breaker," initiated by the Daytona Beach Police Department in 2024. The gang is suspected of multiple shootings, overdose deaths, and trafficking fentanyl and crack cocaine.
Investigations revealed the gang's alleged involvement in a recent shooting at Buc-ee's. The investigation is ongoing, with further details about arrests and charges anticipated as the operation progresses.
