Police identified a vehicle, an early model Nissan Pulsar, at the Teesdale woman's residence, leading to her interview in March. She was subsequently released pending further investigation into the circumstances of the crash.
On Tuesday, the woman was formally charged with multiple offenses, including failing to stop at the scene of the accident, failing to render assistance to the victim, and failing to report the collision to authorities. The investigation into the fatal incident is ongoing.
