On November 15, 2025, a disturbing kidnapping incident unfolded in Davie, Florida. Around 1:30 pm, a group of suspects allegedly approached a victim inside a McDonald's, took his cell phone, and forced him to get into their vehicle. The suspects then drove the victim to Fort Lauderdale, where they allegedly forced him out of the car and assaulted him.
Fortunately, the victim was able to flee the scene and call 911, reporting that he had been kidnapped. Police from neighboring cities were quickly alerted, and Fort Lauderdale authorities eventually located the suspects' vehicle using GPS tracking information from the victim's phone. A high-speed chase ensued, leading the suspects to Pompano Beach, where their vehicle crashed into a pole.
Three adult suspects, identified as Tracey Ross, Lamar Perry, and Timothy Brown, were arrested at the scene. Two minors were also taken into custody and transported to the county's juvenile assessment center. The suspects now face a range of charges, including kidnapping, inflicting bodily harm, and resisting arrest.
This dramatic incident serves as a stark reminder of the importance of vigilance and the swift response of law enforcement in protecting the community.
