Vasco Dacoity: Police Hunt Seven Suspects

Authorities in Vasco continue their intensive search for seven individuals involved in a recent dacoity, with no arrests made as of the third day of the investigation. The Mormugao police have deployed multiple teams to identify and apprehend the suspects.

Director General of Police Alok Kumar personally visited Vasco to review the progress of the investigation. He offered strategic advice to the officers to ensure all available evidence is collected promptly. This high-level attention underscores the pressure on the police to resolve the case, especially following two unresolved dacoities in North Goa.

While the affected Nayak family is reportedly not traumatized, the crime has heightened security concerns and instilled a sense of fear among the local populace. Police are reportedly considering several individuals but are withholding details to avoid compromising the ongoing investigation.
