On Wednesday, February 4th, a U.S. Marshal agent allegedly kicked a dog named Yoshi during the arrest of Jaquize Henderson, who had an active warrant for his arrest.
The incident occurred at a Memphis apartment complex, as captured on video by the dog's owner, Emma Hollingsworth, and a nearby camera. Hollingsworth reported that her 9-month-old Schnauzer was kicked forcefully without provocation.
Following the incident, Yoshi was taken to a veterinarian and diagnosed with a broken rib. The dog is currently undergoing treatment and taking medication.
