Devon & Cornwall Police participated in Operation Mille, a nationwide initiative targeting serious threats from organized crime groups. This operation across England and Wales led to significant seizures and arrests.
Authorities confiscated over £10,000 in cash, 370 cannabis plants, 500 packets of illegal tobacco, two vehicles, and multiple e-bikes. Eighteen individuals were arrested, with one youth referred to the National Referral Mechanism for potential victim identification.
Nationally, the operation resulted in 249 arrests and the seizure of 42.6kg of cocaine and £352,000. The force also implemented innovative interventions, such as messaging drug line contacts to offer support services.
