Safiullah Miakhil, a 46-year-old Uber driver from Carmichael, California, has been convicted of sexually assaulting a passenger. The Yolo County District Attorney's Office announced the conviction on February 6, 2026, for two counts of sexual battery stemming from an incident on November 1, 2023.
