In a recent crackdown on drug activity in Manitowoc County, law enforcement agencies conducted a joint drug interdiction operation on November 12, 2025. As a result, a 43-year-old man from Two Rivers was arrested and is now being held at the Manitowoc County Jail.
The operation was carried out by the Manitowoc County Metro Drug Unit, Wisconsin State Patrol, Manitowoc County Sheriff's Office, and the Two Rivers and Manitowoc police departments. During the arrest, the suspect, Bradley J. Fonder, was found to be in possession of approximately 2 ounces of methamphetamine, 2.5 grams of heroin, and a loaded firearm that was later confirmed to be stolen.
Following Fonder's arrest, officers executed a search warrant on his Two Rivers residence and discovered additional drug-related items, including drug paraphernalia, marijuana, methamphetamine, cocaine, psilocybin mushrooms, and ammunition. Fonder has been charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, being a felon in possession of a firearm, possession of stolen property, and resisting arrest.
The investigation into this incident is ongoing, and authorities are working to determine the full extent of Fonder's alleged criminal activities.
