Tory Lanez has filed a $100 million lawsuit against the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, along with prison staff at CCI in Tehachapi.
The rapper alleges he was stabbed 16 times by a fellow inmate in May 2025, resulting in permanent facial scarring and two collapsed lungs. He claims the prison's failure to prevent the attack, by housing him with an inmate possessing a violent history, constitutes deliberate indifference.
