Nearly three years after Tory Lanez was found guilty of shooting Megan Thee Stallion in 2022, a California appellate court has affirmed the verdict. The appeals court rejected Lanez's arguments and upheld his 10-year prison sentence for the incident that occurred in July 2020.

However, the appeals court dismissed these claims, stating that "we find no prejudicial error and, accordingly, affirm Peterson's conviction."
