A responding officer noted Falcon was wearing black latex gloves at the scene, which were later found on the ground. The bullet retrieved from Linda Webster's body has been matched to a firearm discovered in Falcon's vehicle following his arrest. Falcon fled the scene and was apprehended using a Taser-like device.
