Summary
- A 60-year-old temple caretaker was beaten to death.
- Three individuals are accused of the brutal murder.
- An old dispute over a scooter's alleged arson sparked the attack.

In Dubagga, a 60-year-old temple caretaker named Kallu Prajapati tragically lost his life on Thursday night. He was attacked and murdered by three individuals, identified as Ankit Tiwari, Rahul Rawat, and Rahil Kannaujia. The accused reportedly strangled the victim and disposed of his body in a nearby vacant plot before fleeing the scene.
According to police, the motive behind this violent act is rooted in an old dispute between Kallu Prajapati and Ankit Tiwari. Tensions had been high since January 16, when Tiwari's scooter was allegedly set on fire, and he suspected Prajapati's involvement. An altercation reportedly occurred on Thursday night at the Sheetla Mata temple, where Prajapati objected to Tiwari and his associates removing electrical wiring. This confrontation led to the fatal assault.
The body was discovered on Friday morning by a local resident who promptly alerted the authorities. An investigation is currently underway to bring the perpetrators to justice.
