Thornbury Teen Arrested for Indecent Exposure

Police have arrested a teenage boy, who is in his mid-teens, following four reported incidents of indecent exposure and outraging public decency in Thornbury, South Gloucestershire. The suspect has been questioned and subsequently released on bail as investigations continue.

The incidents span a period from April to December, with specific occurrences noted on a footpath off St David's Road and within an underpass on Gillingstool. One incident involved a primary school-age girl, while another targeted a girl in her mid-teens.

Authorities are conducting targeted patrols and encourage anyone with information to contact them. Inspector Stephen Baines stressed the importance of reporting any instances that cause women or girls to feel unsafe, assuring that public safety is the force's primary concern.
