On September 25th, 2025, a horrific incident occurred in Surat, India, where a 22-year-old man sexually assaulted two young boys, aged 10 and 11. According to the police report, the accused befriended the children near Tripathi Hospital and lured them to a secluded area behind the Mahadev Temple in Chetannagar.
At the secluded spot, the man allegedly brandished a knife and forced the 11-year-old boy to perform oral sex on him. He then repeated the same crime on the 10-year-old boy. The accused threatened to kill the children if they told anyone about the assault and even offered them money to accompany him again.
Immediately after the incident, the boys went home and reported the crime to the 10-year-old's father. The family initially hesitated to file a police complaint due to fear, but eventually decided to do so, concerned that the accused might target the children again on their way to school.

The Dindoli police have now arrested the 22-year-old man and booked him under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. If convicted, he could face the death penalty for the aggravated penetrative sexual assault of children under the age of 12.
