Student Stabbed After Intervening in Dispute

In the Kanadia area, a college student named Arpit Sharma was subjected to a violent knife attack after he intervened in an argument involving two young men and a woman. The incident occurred on a Sunday night when Sharma, en route to a petrol pump, encountered the trio arguing near an under bridge. When Sharma stopped to de-escalate the situation, one of the youths allegedly stabbed him thrice in the shoulder, and the other stabbed him twice in the legs. The woman, identified as Yashika, later arrived on a two-wheeler, and the three fled the scene together. An autorickshaw driver assisted Sharma and took him to a private hospital, where he is now receiving treatment in the ICU. Police have registered a case and are pursuing the accused based on the two-wheeler's registration details.
