A self-proclaimed bankruptcy expert, Tamieka Goode, has been evicted from a $2.3 million mansion in Maryland after being exposed as a squatter. Goode, who claimed expertise in financial matters, lived in the sprawling Bethesda home from July 2025 to January 2026. Her lavish lifestyle, complete with designer clothes and luxury vehicles like a Porsche Cayenne and a Maserati, was funded by fraudulent means and her teenage daughter's employment.
Persistent efforts by a 19-year-old neighbor, Ian Chen, using security cameras and legal filings, brought Goode's activities to light. Chen documented her changing locks, renovating the home, and living on public assistance and child support. Goode's husband, Corey Pollard, who has a significant criminal record, also moved into the mansion while on supervised release.
Goode faced multiple arrests and criminal charges, including trespassing and breaking and entering. Despite initial jail time, she returned to the mansion, leading to further arrests. The property has since been boarded up, and Goode was released on a $5,000 bond ahead of her next court hearing on March 30. Neighbors expressed relief at the resolution of the prolonged disturbance.
