Bollywood Star Soha Ali Khan's Home Burglary Ordeal: Husband Kunal Kemmu's Heroic Takedown

In November 2025, Bollywood actress Soha Ali Khan looked back on a burglary attempt that occurred at her Mumbai home 10 years ago. Soha revealed that her husband, actor Kunal Kemmu, had dealt with the intruder during the incident.

Soha explained that the burglary attempt took place in 2011, when she and Kunal were still dating. Upon hearing an unusual noise, Kunal went to investigate and caught the robber in the act of trying to break into their residence. As the intruder attempted to flee, Kunal rushed downstairs, overpowered him, and handed him over to the police.

Soha noted that her home was easily accessible from the road, which made the burglary attempt easier. She also believes that such incidents often occur in the early morning hours when people are deep asleep.

The actress also discussed a recent burglary incident at her brother Saif Ali Khan's Bandra home, which resulted in Saif sustaining stab wounds. Soha described it as a "security lapse in the building" and said that such incidents have led to increased security measures across the country.

Soha, the daughter of former cricketer Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi and actress Sharmila Tagore, married Kunal in 2015. The couple welcomed their first child, daughter Inaaya Naumi Kemmu, in 2017.
