Mass Arrests Made After Deadly Costco Shooting in Phoenix

In Phoenix, a shooting incident at a Costco parking lot on February 8 resulted in the death of 19-year-old Jabes Gurrola. Police discovered Gurrola with at least one gunshot wound at the scene near Indian School Road and Grand Avenue. He was pronounced deceased at the location.
Authorities made significant progress in the case on March 5, announcing the arrest of six suspects. One suspect was apprehended earlier, on February 15. The remaining five individuals were taken into custody weeks later, following comprehensive investigations and the execution of multiple search warrants across the Valley.
Each of the six arrested suspects is facing serious charges, including murder. The Phoenix Police Department has been leading the investigation into the events that transpired in the Costco parking lot.
