Shellharbour Home Invasion: Two Stabbed, One Assaulted

Four masked individuals, one armed with a knife, violently invaded a home in Shellharbour's Flinders suburb approximately 3:40 AM on Sunday. The intruders broke into a converted garage, assaulting a 20-year-old man. Three other occupants, aged 19, 37, and 43, intervened and were also assaulted.
Paramedics treated the 43-year-old man for stab wounds to his head and chest, the 20-year-old for a stab wound to his leg and stomach, and the 19-year-old for severe facial injuries. All three were transported to the hospital in serious condition. Police have secured the premises and are urging anyone with information to contact Lake Illawarra Police District or Crime Stoppers.
