Desmond D. Metcalf, 38, a South Carolina resident with a significant criminal past, was recently apprehended by Columbia police. He faces two counts of indecent exposure for an incident on January 9, in which he allegedly exposed himself to two females, one of whom was a juvenile. This incident occurred near the intersection of Percival Road and Interstate 77.

Metcalf's legal history is extensive; prior to this arrest, he had been charged with 11 counts of indecent exposure or similar sex crimes within the last ten years.
