25 Feb
Summary
- Owner arrested 11 times since early 2026 for scams.
- Victims ordered items online but never received them.
- Accused of failing to deliver goods and issue refunds.

Pamela Brooke Schronce, owner of the Thomas & Turner boutique in Belton, South Carolina, has been arrested 11 times since the start of 2026. Her most recent arrest took place on February 23, 2026, for allegedly obtaining property under false pretenses valued at under $2,000. This charge stems from a December 10, 2025, report by a victim who purchased $360 worth of products online but never received them.
The victim, like others, reported being unable to contact Schronce, who allegedly blocked them. Investigators secured an arrest warrant on February 17, 2026. Schronce faces accusations across eight South Carolina counties for failing to send ordered items and not providing refunds.
Customers reported purchasing items between July 2024 and December 2025. One customer, Hannah Mason, stated she had been buying from the boutique since 2023, but experienced issues with orders placed in May and June 2025. Schronce's boutique Instagram page describes it as offering affordable, adorable custom designs for babies. As of February 25, 2026, the boutique's website indicated it was not accepting orders.
