Pamela Brooke Schronce, proprietor of the Thomas & Turner boutique in Belton, South Carolina, has been arrested for the eleventh time since January 1, 2026. She is accused of failing to ship ordered items and refusing refunds to customers in eight South Carolina counties.
Her most recent arrest on February 23, 2026, in Cherokee County stemmed from a complaint filed on December 10, 2025. A victim reported purchasing $360 worth of products online that were never received, with subsequent attempts to contact Schronce proving futile. Investigators secured an arrest warrant on February 17, 2026.
Customers reported purchasing items between July 2024 and December 2025. Schronce, 30, is due back in court for a bench trial on March 4, 2026, in Cherokee County. An arrest in Abbeville County earlier in February involved nine customers reporting similar issues with undelivered goods or unfulfilled refund requests.
