Reading Magistrates' Court heard that Reddy admitted to attempting to record individuals without consent. He was sentenced on Monday to a nine-month prison term, suspended for 24 months. This sentence is conditional upon his adherence to a sexual harm prevention order (SHPO) lasting until May 2036.
Further investigation of Reddy's phone revealed around 60 exhibits, which included photographic material of schoolgirls, some of whom were in uniform. The court mandates that Reddy must inform the police of any device capable of capturing images while the SHPO remains active.
