Baltimore Ravens player Rashod Bateman is facing family violence allegations stemming from an incident in Georgia on June 3. Authorities claim Bateman used an object to break the windshield and driver's side window of his baby mama's vehicle, while their 3-month-old child was in a car seat in the back.
The alleged victim reported to police that she sustained multiple small lacerations to her face from the shattering glass, as well as contusions. Bateman surrendered to the Walton County Sheriff's Department on the same day the alleged incident occurred.
Weeks after his surrender, Bateman requested the removal of a no-contact order, stating the alleged victim wished to have contact. The court granted the request but stipulated that violent contact must be avoided and ordered Bateman to complete a class before supervised contact could resume. The case remains ongoing.
