Amateur rapper Ashley Warren is scheduled for sentencing at Chelmsford Crown Court. He was convicted in February of owning one of two XL bully dogs responsible for the death of his mother-in-law, Esther Martin. The tragic incident occurred on February 3, 2024, at Warren's residence in Jaywick, Essex. Bear, the XL bully involved, inflicted numerous bite wounds on Ms. Martin, leading to her death. At the time of the attack, Warren was reportedly in London filming a music video. During his trial, he had pleaded not guilty to charges of owning or being in charge of two dogs that caused death through injury while dangerously out of control in a private place.
