Punjabi singer and performer Aman Sahota suffered critical injuries following an assault by several unidentified youths on Tuesday evening in the Ambedkar Nagar area. The attackers reportedly used sharp weapons, inflicting severe head trauma on Sahota.
He was immediately transported to the civil hospital in Ludhiana. Due to his critical condition, doctors referred him to the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) in Chandigarh later that night for advanced treatment.
Doctors at the hospital indicated that Sahota sustained significant head injuries, possibly including a fractured skull and damage to an eye. A CT scan was advised to fully assess the extent of his injuries.
