Leah Robinson, a 24-year-old former prison officer at HMP Lowdham Grange, has pleaded guilty to engaging in a sexual relationship with an inmate and conspiracy to supply cannabis. She entered her pleas at Nottingham Crown Court while facing her partner or ex, Patryk Dziewiatkowski, via video link.
Robinson admitted to wilful misconduct in public office between February 23, 2023, and August 17, 2023, by having a sexual relationship with Dziewiatkowski. She also pleaded guilty to conspiracy to supply a Class B drug, cannabis, with five others. Dziewiatkowski similarly pleaded guilty to the cannabis charge.
However, Robinson pleaded not guilty to a third charge of supplying Class A drug cocaine. She was released on conditional bail and is scheduled for trial with her co-accused on April 13 next year. This case follows a string of similar incidents involving attractive prison workers.
