Summary
- Pool service company states they only performed routine maintenance.
- Ambiance Pool Service denies any involvement in evidence recovery.
- FBI seeks public help to identify a suspect in the kidnapping.

Ambiance Pool Service has addressed its involvement in the ongoing investigation concerning Nancy's disappearance. General Manager Ken Kingan stated the company was present solely to provide "general pool service -- nothing more, nothing less," emphasizing weekly maintenance as their only function. The Tucson-based company was observed by reporters conducting routine pool cleaning, which Kingan explained involved using nets to remove debris, a standard procedure for pool quality maintenance. Kingan explicitly denied any participation in the investigation or evidence recovery efforts, asserting their work was strictly limited to the pool's upkeep.
Nancy was last seen on January 30 in Tucson. Her family reported her missing on February 1 after she failed to meet friends. The FBI and local law enforcement are actively seeking public assistance to identify a potential suspect linked to her kidnapping. Surveillance photos released by the FBI show a male suspect, described as 5'9"-5'10" with an average build, carrying a black 'Ozark Trail Hiker Pack' backpack on the night of her disappearance. Despite over 13,000 tips received, no official suspects have been identified.
Nancy's daughter, Savannah Guthrie, and her siblings shared a heartfelt message expressing their devotion to their mother, describing her as a "kind, faithful, loyal, fiercely loving woman." They conveyed their unwavering hope for her safe return, stating they "will not rest" until she is found. Savannah has been absent from her co-hosting duties on the Today show since her mother's disappearance, with colleagues covering for her and providing updates on the case.
